When we first adopted the Mao my two rules were no cats in the bedroom and especially no cats under the bed covers. As far as I was concerned cats were like tv's, they shouldn't be in the bedroom.
Well one work trip away for a week ended those rules. And now Mr Alfred Mao rules the bedroom roost. We shut the door he scratches at it until we open it. If it goes below 10 degrees outside he starts pawing at the covers and sometimes our face to be let under, then he cuddles up beside whatever body is the warmest and purrs like a cat possessed.
This picture was taken this morning, I think it was about seven degrees outside.
